i want to go swimming .

if only i didnt have all my insecurities holding me back . 

every time i think about going i imagine my huge ass belly , my thigh fat and chubby arms and face exposed for everyone to see . i feel like crying every time i change into my swimsuit . i hate how i look . i know i can do something about it but its just so hard . i make so many excuses . i need motivation .

i hate work .

5 days a week . im exhausted . i just want to sleep . but no . i cant .
